Board Members
Clara Mlambo is currently employed by Liquid Telecoms as Regional Chief Operating Officer for Southern African Region (Zimbabwe, Zambia, DRC and Botswana). Prior to that she worked for the British American Tobacco Group as Managing Director BAT Zambia (plc) and Managing Director BAT Zimbabwe (plc). She has over fifteen (15) years of marketing experience and over 5 years in general management. In 2018 she was awarded Winner “Woman in Enterprise Corporate Category” by the Zimbabwe National Chamber of Commerce Women’s Desk and “Women CEO of The Year’ and “Runner Up Team Leader of the Year” by PROWEB (Professional Women, Women Executives and Business Women’s Forum). She is also a judge on the Boost Fellowship Enactus National Competition. She is a holder of a Bachelor of Business Studies (Honors) and Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Zimbabwe.
Ms. Clara MlamboBoard Chairperson 
Wellington Dangarembizi has over thirty (30) years business management experience, he is driven by a desire to achieve the highest quality and standard of work. He is the Managing Director of Mega Pak Zimbabwe, a Nampak Limited Company. In his current role he has achieved various milestones that include achieving a growth in exports from 5% to 35% of turnover within a 2-year period, developed and implemented an ICT System which tracked all forex allocations and utilization from RBZ which resulted in the signing of a US$70 Million Legacy Debt Agreement. He also implemented an Integrated ICT Business System which has enhanced Megapak’s Competitiveness and ensured that it remains as the Market Leader in the Packaging Sector. During the period 2009 to 2015, he held the role of Managing Director of Hunyani Cartons, Labels and Sacks. During his tenure, he formulated and implemented an Export Strategy which gave birth to increased footprint and turnover in the Southern African Region. He is a holder of a BCom Degree and a MBA.
Mr. Wellington DangarembiziBoard Member 
Professor Gift Mugano (Ph.D) is a Visiting Professor of Economics at Durban University of Technology and Nelson Mandela University. He is a distinguished scholar and global authority on International Trade & Finance with over fifteen (15) years of extensive experience ranging from research & publications, policy advisory, trade negotiations, lecturing, administration, leadership and consultancy work. As an academic, he successfully supervised four (4) Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.,) degrees and other several postgraduate students in the field of International Trade & Finance and published thirty (30) articles and book chapters in international peer reviewed journals and books and worked as an external examiner Nelson Mandela University, University of Cape Town’s Graduate School of Business, Durban University of Technology and University of Namibia’s Business School and academic supervisor with Lund University (Sweden) and National University of Science and Technology. He is a peer reviewer of academic programmes for the Zimbabwe Council for Higher Education. Between 2014 and 2018, Prof Mugano worked as a Senior Advisor to the Government of Zimbabwe under the UKAID’s Department for International Development (DFID) Project – a multi-million-dollar Market System Development programme which falls under the World Bank’s reform programme – the Business Enabling Environment Programme (BEEP). Professor Mugano has done consultancy for National Opinion Research Centre (NORC) at the University of Chicago (USA), COMESA, UKAID/DFID, British Council, NIR Sweden, Adam Smith International (UK), IMC Worldwide LTD (UK), Cardno Emerging Markets (Belgium), KPMG (UK), The Palladium Group (UK), Ecorys (UK), Germany Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), UNFPA, USAID, International Labour Organisation (ILO), World Food Programme (WFP), Parliament of Zimbabwe, Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe, Government of Zimbabwe and the private sector. Over the years, he represented his country at various forums on trade negotiations and investment missions abroad (Heads of State & Government Summits, Council of Ministers, Senior Officials of Trade & Technical Committees) at bilateral, regional and multilateral levels in Belgium, Switzerland, South Africa, Swaziland, Zambia, Botswana, People’s Republic of China and South Korea. Prof. Gift MuganoBoard Member 
Florence Makombe is a senior government official with over 35 years’ experience, working in Economic Ministries within the Public Sector. She is currently the Director of Enterprise Development at the Ministry of Industry and Commerce. She contributed immensely to the development and implementation of national industrial and trade policies and sector specific strategies in the local manufacturing industry. Successfully coordinated the formulation, implementation and review of the National Industrial Policy as well provided substantial input towards the development of national economic blueprints and policies (Zimbabwe Agenda for Sustainable Socio-Economic Transformation (2013-2018 and the Transitional Stabilization Programme (2018-2020)). Represented Zimbabwe as a Senior Trade Promotion Officer in Pretoria South Africa and Botswana, with the mandate to promote trade and investment for the country, export servicing as well as market research on trade opportunities for Zimbabwe. She is a holder of a B.A. Degree in Economics, Sociology and English.
Ms. Florence MakombeBoard Member 
Brian Kagondo is a Human Resources Practitioner with over fourteen (14) years working experience across industries, 8 years at senior management level. He has hands on experience in Human Resources and Business Strategy (formulation and implementation), Leadership & Corporate Governance advice, Corporate Restructuring and change management. He held a board position at Anchor Holdings Ltd and contributed to steering the business to profitability and subsequently to a strategic merger with a Global (French) partner, Lessafre. At national level, in 2001, he was appointed to a research team that investigated the impact of drought relief programs in Mash West under Min. of Public Service, Labour & Social Welfare. In 2014, he was part of the team that researched on and made recommendations towards the improvement of the Ease and Cost of Doing Business in Zimbabwe. He is a holder of a Master of Science in Strategic Management Degree from Chinhoyi University of Technology, BSC(Hons) Human Resources Management
Mr. Brian KagondoBoard Member 
Dr Davison Gomo has over thirty years of management and executive experience acquired in different sectors of the public and private sectors i.e. Local Government, Tertiary and Higher Education, Financial Services, Civil Society, Research and in Corporate Leadership. In 2004, Dr Gomo became Principal of Cranbrook Business School based in Slough Berkshire UK. In mid-2010, Dr Gomo returned to Zimbabwe and joined the Affirmative Action Group [AAG] initially as Advisor to the President. He was subsequently elevated to the position of Chief Executive Officer. He is Founder and Chairman of the African Association for the Advancement of Management Education [AAME] an organisation that promotes a re-evaluation, rethinking, reconceptualization and recontextualization of the theory, practice and teaching of management and leadership in Africa in the context of African experiences, culture and conditions. AAME also promotes intra and inter African business, networking and investments. He is currently the Principal Director for the Zimbabwe African National Union [Patriotic Front]. He has held board positions at Elligo Plastics, Focus Security, was Chairman of R&F Intercontinental Holdings, Chairman Zimbabwe Industrial Hemp Trust, Board member Harare Quarry and Chair Human Resources and Nominations Committee. He is also a trade lawyer. He is a holder of several degrees including Ph. D International Business, Master of International Law and the World Economy, LLM in International Legal Studies.
Dr. Davison GomoBoard Member 
Mr. Benison Ntini is a practical strategist with a passion for turning around companies that are low performers. He has expertise in the printing, packaging and publishing sector having managed and consulted for reputable companies. He has held and currently holds various board positions in diverse sectors in the economy. He the owner and Managing Director of Benaby Printing and Publishing, member of the Solusi University Council from 2003 to 2013, in 2019 was appointed, Consultant to the Vice Chancellor and University Council on Staff rationalization and Turnaround strategy. On the Solusi University Council, he held the positions of Chairman Audit Committee, Chairman Human Resources Committee, Member of the Finance Committee and Secretary of the Disciplinary Committee. He is currently the Chairman of the Federation of Master Printers of Zimbabwe, the national printing, packaging and newspaper industry employers’ association. At national level, he held the position of Chairman of the Zimbabwe Ease of Doing Business Regulations, Processes and Procedures Committee, charged with the responsibility of identifying recommending the amendment and/or repeal of regulations, processes and procedures that impede export business. He provided consultancy services to the International Finance Corporation (IFC) on the state of the printing and packaging industry in Malawi. He is a holder of a Diploma in Production Management from the National Association of Printing Leadership (USA), MBA from the University of Gloucestershire (UK), studying towards a PhD in Business and Management at the University of Zambia.
Mr. Benison NtiniBoard Member 
Mr. Mike Kamungeremu is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA) and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) with a track record in private sector Financial Management, Strategic Management, Corporate Governance, Taxation, Turnaround Strategies and general Administration. He is a membership of the Institute of Risk Management South Africa, and the Institute of Directors of Zimbabwe. He is currently an Executive Director and Managing Director of Tendo Electronics Pvt Ltd. In 2014, he was awarded the ZNCC Harare Businessman of the year award and in 2015, he was awarded the Megafest Top 20 Businessmen of the year Award. He is current Vice President of ZNCC for Mashonaland Region and also Chair of the Finance Committee at ZNCC National Executive Council. He is a holder of a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (UZ), Bachelor of Accountancy Honours Degree from the University of Zimbabwe, a Diploma in Financial Management (ACCA-UK).

Mr. Stewart Nyakotyo is the Acting Director, Legal Services and Consular Affairs & Legal Advisor at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Trade. He is advisor to the Minister, Permanent Secretary and Directors in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Trade on issues involving domestic and international law. He facilitates Mutual Legal Assistance (MLA) in criminal and civil matters in outbound cases originating in Zimbabwe or inbound from other jurisdictions, working closely with the National Prosecution Authority and the Attorney General’s Office. He represents the Ministry in various inter-ministerial committees, including on Anti-Trafficking in Persons, Alignment of Legislation, and the Cabinet Committee on Legislation (CCL). From 2010 to 2018, he was the Deputy Ambassador/Minister-Counsellor at the Embassy of Zimbabwe in Brazil and in 1999 to 2004, he was Counsellor at the Embassy of Zimbabwe to Belgium and Mission to the European Union, Brussels, Belgium. He is currently Chairman of the Inter-Ministerial Committee on International Boundaries, Chairman of the Task Force on the Tracking of Rwandese Fugitives in Zimbabwe. He also previously held positions as Board Member of the Private Voluntary Organizations Board of Zimbabwe, Member of the Technical Team of officials on the Review of the Political Dialogue between Zimbabwe and the European Union. He speaks English, Russian, Portuguese and French. He is a holder of M.A. International Conflict Analysis, University of Kent at Canterbury, LL.M International Law, PFUR, Moscow, B.A. Law PFUR, Moscow and is currently studying for a Doctorate in Business Administration at William Howard Taft University, USA.
